Sustainable Seafood Production and Consumption to Enhance Global Food Security
We welcomes participant to submit extended abstracts for oral or poster presentation in the field of marine and fisheries science. The scope of this symposium will cover following topics: aquaculture, marine natural product, fisheries biology and management, fish disease, biotechnology, seafood processing technology, seafood safety, capture fisheries and fisheries socio-economics. Other related topics are welcomed. The symposium comprise of plenary, oral, and poster sessions. The keynote speakers are Prof. Richard Whittington (Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Sydney) Australia, Prof. Kazuya Nagasawa (Graduate School of Biosphere Science, Hiroshima University, Japan), Prof. Kim Sang-Moo (Gangneung-Wonju National University, Republic of Korea, Fermented fish product), Dr. Warapa Mahakarnchanakul (Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University, Thailand), Dr. Didier Montet (CIRAD, France). The symposium will be held in August 7, 2015 (Friday) at Fisheries Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Gadjah Mada University
